Nonprofit Growth & Grants has been winning $$$$ grant awards for nonprofit organizations that meet basic needs of their clients (food, shelter, clothing), in addition to organizational capacity grants. Our client agencies serve veterans & families; homeless and/or at-risk of homelessness, foster and at-risk youth, students, teenage parents and food insecure. Winning grant awards from The Community Foundation, Weingart Foundation and Annenberg Foundation just to name a few; Cities (Community Support Funding); Riverside County Supervisors (Community Improvement Development); and CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) from Housing Urban Development•

Work with nonprofit agencies to develop best practices models for Board Member and Funding Development, Donor Relations, Data Collection Development for Outcomes & Community Impact, Government Regulation Research and Developing reports to track outcomes, I work to help your organization succeed at increasing Donors, Grantors and Sponsors, so that your nonprofit organization may be sustainable and provide greater impact in the surrounding communities.

  • Cheryl Peterson has been an integral part of the success of the Veterans of Foreign Wars California Motorcycle Clubs (VFW CA MC) for years! Our mission is to assist veterans and seniors in a variety of fashions with programs tailored to their unique needs. Prior to discovering Cheryl and her Non Profit Growth and Grants organization, we considered ourselves fortunate if we were able to assist a dozen members a month. With her guidance and mentoring, we now provide over 1800 meals a month and we have created several signature programs that not only impact the lives of both veterans and seniors throughout Southern California on a monthly basis but also earn the recognition of community leaders at all levels of government. Because of Cheryl's laser-like focus and expertise, we now receive funding from a wide variety of sources, including local and county governments as well as business, both large and small.
